1. Who we are

The data controller is Stradiax Executive, S.L., a Spanish company headquartered in Madrid, Spain (full registered address available on request for legal enquiries). JCA Studio is a product of Stradiax. For any privacy request, or to contact our Data Protection Officer, write to .

2. What we collect and why (GDPR)

When you request early access, we collect only the data you submit in the form:

Legal basis: your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR) for marketing contact, and our legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) in assessing demand for a new product. You can withdraw consent at any time.

3. Analytics & cookies

This site sets no cookies until you accept. We use Google Analytics 4 (provided by Google Ireland Limited) to measure interest in JCA Studio: aggregated page views, clicks and scroll depth. It runs only after you accept via the cookie banner, with IP anonymisation enabled and Google Consent Mode set to denied by default. If you reject, no analytics cookies or scripts are loaded. You can change your choice at any time via “Cookie settings” in the site footer. We do not use advertising cookies or cross-site tracking.

4. Where your data is stored

Personal data from the form is processed within the European Union. Our infrastructure is hosted with Amazon Web Services EMEA SARL in the eu-west-3 (Paris, France) region. We do not transfer your data outside the EEA without appropriate safeguards.

5. Sub-processors

We rely on a small number of vetted providers, each bound by a data processing agreement:

A current, detailed list is available on request.

6. Retention

We keep early-access data until the program ends or you ask us to delete it, whichever comes first. Analytics data is retained in aggregate for up to 14 months.

7. Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, port and object to the processing of your data, and to withdraw consent at any time. To exercise any right, write to . You may also lodge a complaint with your national data protection authority. In Spain, that is the Agencia Española de Protección de Datos (AEPD).

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as JCA Studio evolves. Material changes will be reflected in the “last updated” date at the top of this page.
